We offer same-day shipping for Metro Manila orders.
Once handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are no longer under our control.

We do not offer cash refunds for shipping delays.

We always ensure items are dispatched on time, but delays may occur due to peak seasons, incomplete or incorrect addresses, and unavailable recipients at the time of delivery.
