Definition of Terms

How can we style the infinity gown?


Styling the infinity gown is easy. You may visit Youtube and type in "Infinity Dress tutorials" on the search box. There are hundreds of video tutorials and styles you can choose from. ​ Youtube Tutorial




Can someone from your team attend to our event to help us with the styling?


Yes, we can arrange and book a personnel to go to your event and help out with the styling. We accept Metro Manila or Tagaytay events. Kindly schedule and book at least 1 month before the event. Charges for Metro Manila: P4,000.00 for 2 hours only, and Tagaytay: P5,000.00 for 2 hours only. Contact us




When should we send the complete measurements list?


Submission of the complete measurements list must at least be 10-12 weeks before the said event. Kindly take note of our pre-order lead time for production. We will only proceed with the production once we receive the complete list via email: hello@lovecmanila.com.​ If clients fail to submit on time, rush fees will be applied.




Can I have my gown altered?


Yes, we can alter your gown if it doesn't fit you comfortably. You should also personally return to our store (for made to measure and custom gowns) so we can adjust it appropriately. Please give us enough time for alteration which is at least 2 weeks before your event. ALTERATION FEES For Infinity Collection, cutting off length is P180.00 per piece. Adjusting the waistline is P250.00 per piece. Shortening of skirt length and making the waistline smaller are the only acceptable alterations for infinity gowns. For other collections, length cutting is P350 per piece. Adjusting it to a smaller size is P500.00 per piece. Please visit our physical store and bring the gown so we can see the fit. The alteration requests will be approved by the Love, C staff. Shipping it back will not be accepted.




Can we request for cash refund or last minute change of the gowns?


We strictly do not offer cash refund or replacement of made-to-measure and/or custom design gowns. Deposits and payments that have been made cannot be used to purchase other stock inventory. Please make sure to submit the right quantity, colors, and measurements when you send the list, see size guide tab for reference. If you are unsure of the color, style and quantity, please indicate on your email "to follow". The final color and designs written on the submitted order form cannot be changed. Reducing the quantity of your order is not allowed. Additional orders for approval, please contact us immediately.




Do we need to book an appointment to visit your store?


For custom design gowns, you need to set an appointment with our design team. Walk ins are welcome if you wish to check and place an order for our made-to-measure collections. No need to book an appointment with us. Please visit us during operating hours, see physical store tab for shop details.




What is our return policy?


You can return items purchased online within 5 days. Please note that the dress must be in original condition and if you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price. For returning or exchanging, you may visit our store or shoulder the shipping fee of returning and shipping the items. For in-store purchases, there is no return or refund. Please make suree to double check the item before ordering or leaving the store.




What is our policy on shipping and tracking of orders?


  • Waybill or tracking numbers can be requested via email.

  • Note that we do not have any control with the package once we hand it over to the courier.
  • We do not offer cash refund for delays of shipment. We make sure that we ship the ordered items on time. Some delays are caused by peak seasons, wrong or incomplete addresses, no receivers available. Please place your orders ahead of time.




One of my bridesmaids is pregnant. Do we still follow the size guide?


If your bridesmaid is pregnant or had just given birth, we recommend an empire silhouette. The skirt will flow from under bust to make room for her belly.




How to get the measurements for empire waist dress?


You will still follow our size guide with these changes: Simply replace the waistline to under bust. To get the skirt length, it should be from under bust to floor (with heels allowance optional). It must pass through her tummy. Pregnant women have different body types. The guide we sent is just a recommendation and it still depends on your bridesmaid. She must be comfortable with the fit of her gown and it's better to consult her first.




Can we go to your physical store to have our bridesmaids measured?


Your girls are welcome to visit and have their measurements taken at our store only if you are already booked with us. You must schedule a 1-day appointment for all your girls to go to our shop as one batch. After we measure them, they must take their sizes and someone from your group must compile and send the list through our email using the given format.
